Malto Muntons Schokolade.

Malto tostato ad alte Temperatur, utilizzato per ottenere birre scure apportando gusto e corposità. Dal sapore amaro caratteristico che ricorda il caffè, viene utilizzato in piccole quantità per birre Porter, Stout, Brown Ale ed alcune Bitter.

Utilizzo per Ricetta: Dal 10 bis 20%
