MASHING / BOILING
One of the stages of brewing in All Grain is called mashing which is a very important step in the production process of beer. In essence it is to mix in grain milled malt with warm water in such a way that within the grain enzymes transform the starch into sugars. Before this stage, only 15-20% of the malt is soluble, thanks to mashing arrive at a rate of 65-80%.
