Equipment for cooling the must: the serpentine and the plate or serpentine exchanger in counterflow.

The coils that Pinta offers you are for cooling 20-40lt or 50-75lt. They are made of stainless steel 18/10 316 AISI and with a 12mm diameter tube and 9mt length for the 20-40lt coil, while it is produced with a pipe of diam. 16 mm. and length 15 meters the serpentine for 50-75lt. Both are supplied with 1/2 inch Inox welded fittings and standard quick couplings. The plate heat exchangers that Pinta offers you are practical to use and easy to clean. They are of various sizes of 20, 30 and 40 plates. They are also equipped with standard 3/4 inch fittings and 12 mm fittings for must and standard quick fitting for water.
