Grainfather copper dome with Top Dome condenser

Copper dome with condenser is suitable for both the Grainfather G30 and the T500 Boiler.

Used for the production of liqueurs and essences in which the natural flavor is desired.

The large copper surface of the top of the dome acts as a catalyst with the steam in again and helps to improve and concentrate flavors and aromas, as well as to remove unwanted sulfur compounds. This produces a rich and smooth aroma.

Perfect for the production of liqueurs from wheat, molasses, malt, wine, or sugar.
