Derived from four hop varieties including East Kent Golding and Tettnang (USA), Citra offers high levels of alpha acids and essential oils, making it ideal for both bittering and aroma. Perfect for IPAs and Pale Ales, it delivers unmistakable notes of orange, grapefruit, lemon, and tropical fruits with an alpha acid range between 11% and 13%. Excellent for boiling and dry hopping, it can be substituted with Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook.
