Tahoma hops is one of the noblest and most suitable American hops for very hoppy styles such as Pale Ale, Neipa and Brut Ipa. It releases strong aromas of lemon, citrus, cedar, pine with undertones of pepper and green melon.

The production is very limited and is a very difficult hop to find in Europe as usually the entire production is used by American microbreweries.
