KOMBUCHA
Kombucha is a fermented sweet tea, a slightly harsh and thirst-quenching drink reminiscent of apple cider. On its origins there are various hypotheses, in some cases discordant, but the certainty is that it was invented in Asia. Some sources claim that the Kombucha was invented in 220 BC in China and that at the time it was called "tea of immortality".
