FOAMBLOCK is an anti-foam emulsion specifically formulated for brewing, when rapid foam reduction is required.
It can be used during mashing, boiling or in the fermenter.
Usage: From 20 ml to 300 ml per hectolitre, to be diluted 3-10 times its volume in cold water. Add while stirring slowly during mashing, boiling or in the fermenter as needed.
We recommend carrying out preliminary tests.
Use in 23 litres: from 5 ml to 60 ml diluted in 50 -300 ml of cold water
Composition: food grade silicone.
Allergens: not present. EU Reg. 1169/2011
Suitable for vegan and vegetarian use.
