Recipe for hops malt beer for Strong Ale.
A beer with a ruby red color, not bitter but hoppy and with a strong alcohol content.
An important beer to keep for important occasions!
Recipe for 23 liters
_ St Peters RUBY RED ALE
_ 500gr Spraymalt ExtraLight
_ 200 white candied sugar
_ 50 gr CHINOOK hops in dryhopping (I recommend a hop bag to remove the must from the must)
_ US05 yeast
Priming: 4gr / lt
