RECIPE FOR BEER IN CASA LAGER
Recipe hops Lager extract.
A classic blonde, typical Bavarian low fermentation with refreshing and clean taste with a smooth finish. Appreciated because it adapts to every situation.
Recipe for 23 liters:
_ Mangrove Jack's Munich Lager
_ 500 gr spraymalt extralight
_ 600 gr dextrose monohydrate
_ California Lager yeast for temperature from 18 to 25
_ S 23 yeast 2 sachets for temperatures between 10 and 16 degrees
Priming 5 gr / lt
