Recipe for 23 liters
_ Brewmaker Northumberland Brown Ale
_ 500 gr medium spraymalt
-500 G sugar or dextrose
_ 30 gr elderberries for 15 min.
(About 2.3 liters of water, melt the spraymalt and when it comes close to boiling left for 10-15 min berries. Strain the solid side and pour the mixture in the fermenter)
_ Yeast Empire Ale Mangrove Jack's
