Recipe for 23 liters
Cut the vanilla pods and extract the inner part. There is the possibility to boil for 5-7 minutes to filter the solid part and pour the liquid, or put in a bottle with a little 'of water and alcohol for a few days and pour the contents during fermentation of the must .
