Recipe for 23 liters
_ Tom Caxton Best Bitter (use the packet of hop oil under the cover)
_ 500 gr spraymalt Medium
_ 600g dextrose monohydrate
_ 15 gr dried lemon peels for 10-15 min infusion
_ 10 grams of ginger root for 10-15 min infusion
_ 15 grams of coriander for 5-10 min infusion
_ Yeast Empire Ale M15
