Delivery
We currently entrust national shipments to TNT and BRT couriers. International shipments are usually handled by the TNT / FedEx courier.
Except for setbacks (strikes, exceptional weather events), the estimated delivery times are 2-3 working days (therefore excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) depending on the location, 4 days for the islands and poor locations.
Shipments of heavy (> 500 kg) and / or bulky materials are prepared on pallets and sent by Quick Service courier, delivery times are slightly longer and vary depending on the delivery location.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier.
ATTENTION: The courier does not make the appointment or telephone notification service, therefore someone must be at the delivery address!
If there is never anyone at home, we recommend having the goods delivered to a relative, the workplace or in storage at the nearest courier office. Always indicate the house number (or if without number) and the name written on the intercom, if you indicate the name of the company or shop in a company.
It is also possible to collect the goods at the headquarters of the express courier closest to your home (service available only in Italy), just indicate it in the order notes by writing "firm deposit" followed by the location of the courier's office.
Orders with immediate payment via Paypal and orders with cash on delivery are immediately processed and processed as soon as possible. You can check the status of your order from your account in the "your orders" section:
- if the order status is "CONFIRMED" it means that your order has been received and is being processed
- if the order status is "FULFILLED" it means that your order has already been closed and submitted, the processed orders can no longer be modified
- if the order status is "SAVED" it means that the order has not yet been sent, you must proceed to send the order to be taken in charge
After shipping the order, you will receive a courier email with the nr. tracking to verify delivery.
Orders with payment by bank transfer are processed upon credit of the transfer, depending on the bank, it can take from 1 to 2 working days.
If you have selected the payment through "Paypal" but you have not completed the payment procedure (and therefore you have not received the confirmation email from Paypal) your order will remain still pending payment, you will then be contacted for clarification.
PREORDER : If the order includes an item in "PREORDER", a single shipment will be made when all products are available. Partial shipments will not be made.
For orders over € 65.00 no additional costs will be charged (conditions valid only for private customers), for orders of a lower amount a cost contribution of € 14.20 is required which will be added to the order total.
CONDITIONS VALID ONLY FOR DELIVERIES ON THE ITALIAN TERRITORY, for shipments outside Italy the courier rates will be applied based on the volumes of the goods and the destination.
