"Vinobuono 1" and "Vinobuono 2" are adjuvants to be used together to obtain a quality vinification of white and red grapes. "Vinobuono 1" is a product specially designed to ensure winemaking, it contains active dry yeasts and all the essential nutrients to ensure optimal fermentation activity. "Vinobuono 2" contains the sulphate elements necessary to preserve the wine and to regulate the fermentation process. It also has clarifying power allowing for a fine fermentation to obtain practically clarified wines, to be consumed suddenly.
Composition: "Vinobuono 1" Saccharomyces Cerevisae yeast. Contains sorbitan monostearate (E491); ammonia sulphate, cellulose, dibasic ammonia phosphate, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), neutral potassium tartrate, activated bentonite.
