The MoBI Association (Italian Beer Movement) has unleashed dozens of collaborators - chosen among the most active and demanding enthusiasts - throughout the Italian territory to discover and describe the best beer bars, creating the first guide on the subject, with over 600 cards . The discriminating factor is beer, Italian or foreign but always "craft", that is artisanal.
Environment, service, and gastronomic offer are described and taken into due consideration in the fact sheets, but always in the alternative to a well-considered judgment on the quality of the beer offer. The type of premises considered includes pubs, brewpub bars, restaurants, pizzerias, delicatessens, beershop ...
The file of each room includes a concise and exhaustive description accompanied by all the data useful for the visit such as, for example, the geographical coordinates for the satellite navigator and the detailed description of public transport. The Guide is completed by an updated list of all the microbreweries present on the Italian territory and some articles of culture, history and beer geography.
