My beer not gurgles. What I do?
It often happens that the homebrewer gets caught up in anxiety and worries if the bubbler does not gurgle.
What to do when it happens?
We recommend checking that the fermenter is well closed and that there are no leaks.
If the temperature is right and the quantities of inoculated yeast are correct, the fermentation must take place.
We recommend always checking with the densimeter and the presence of foam in the must.
If the density has lowered compared to the OG the fermentation is happening and you have to do is wait.
To help a particularly slow or difficult fermentation, we recommend increasing the temperature of the room by a couple of degrees.
