The Fivestar® pH stabilizer uses a special blend formulated from food grade phosphate buffer, to be used with mash water. For a stable pH and no added flavorings.
- Optimizes the enzymatic activity of the malt,
- Helps to clarify the must,
- More effective use of boiling hops,
- Reduces carbonate deposits in the cooking vat,
- Dosage: 8 g / 10 liters
Instructions for Use:
use approximately 8 grams per 10 liters of mash water.
Calculate the total water based on the total volume of the vat. Add stabilizer during mash-in. You can also dissolve it in a small amount of water to add to the mash.
Close container tightly after use and store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.
