.Weyermann acid malt in grains.
Special malt used to lower the pH of the must by improving the enzymatic activity, it contains from 1 to 2% of lactic acid. It develops a round and complex taste while also improving the stability of the beer. Indicated in Ales, Lager and Wheat beers, it allows to obtain lighter colors.
