Light caramel malt, it is used to obtain a greater body and a better foam seal. Indicated in the Lagers from the Pale to the Golden, in the Pils / Pilsner, "light" beer and in the Bockbier.

Use per recipe: up to 5% in blond / pale beers; up to 40% in the Bock bier
