3.4 kg Grain malt Pauls Maris Otter

550 gr. Grain malt. Barley flakes

340 gr Roasted Barley malt beans

120 gr. Pauls Chocolate malt

120 gr. Grape malt Pauls Amber

MASH 68 ° C for 60 min

MASH OUT 78 ° C for 15 min



Boiling:

28 gr hop CHALLENGER (60min)

7 gr hop CHALLENGER (10min)



Yeast 2 sachets M15 Empire Ale or liquid yeast WLP005
