MASH 68 ° C for 60 min
MASH OUT 78 ° C for 15 min

28 gr hop CHALLENGER (60min)
7 gr hop CHALLENGER (10min)
Yeast 2 sachets M15 Empire Ale or liquid yeast WLP005
