ORIGINAL GRAVITY 1051

3.6 kg Ireks Pale Ale

700 gr Ireks Vienna

250 gr Oatmeal

MASH 68 ° C for 60 min

MASH OUT 78 ° C for 15 min



Boiling:

8 gr WARRIOR hop aa 12.4 (60min)

15gr AMARILLO hops aa 7.9 (30 min)

20 gr AMARILLO hops a 7.9 (15 min)

20 gr CHINOOK hops aa 11.7 (15min)

70gr hops CHINOOK dryhopping



Yeast WLP001 or US West Coast M44

FG: about 1008

Alcohol: about 6 degrees

Priming: 5-6 gr / lt

For method e + g extract + grains replace Pale Ale and Vienna with 3kg of light liquid extract and 500gr of dry light extract
