Recipe all grain and e + g for rye beer, spiced with ginger, a very citrus but at the same time very easy to drink beer.

Ginger and rye are present but elegant and the bergamot and lemon clean the mouth in the finish.

Mash:


66 ° for 60 min

78 ° for 15 min


Boiling:


30 gr Chinook hops at 60 min

20 gr Citra hops at 10 min

80 g Ginger root 5 min

100 gr of honey at 5 min

20 gr bergamot peel at 0 min


20 gr lemon peel to 0 min


30 gr Citra hops in dryhopping after 3-4 days of fermentation

50 g of ginger root in dryhopping after 3-4 days of fermentation
