Ireks beer grains are among the finest in quality control and testing, founded in 1856 in the German town of Kulmbach, providing quality malts for breweries all over the world for over 150 years.
The great experience and in-depth knowledge of brewing art have made the Ireks bean malt famous for its quality, among which a Pilsner malt of excellence stands out.
IREKS PILSNER: In order to obtain this German Super Premium malt, the best quality raw materials and a special malting technology were selected.
Produced at low temperatures, it is the perfect base for all lagers, especially Pils / Pilsener, "light beer" and Belgian beers.
It is also indicated as a basic malt for special beers.

IREKS MONACO: Rich and golden German Super Premium malt, intensifies coloring and enhances the aroma of beer.
Indicated to obtain a richer color in the lagers, it is also used in amber, dark and strong brunettes like Bocks and Stout.

IREKS VIENNA: From the German Super Premium with an intense flavor, it produces a golden color and intensifies the body and fullness of the beer. Indicated as a base for many types of lager and ales, also for: "export" beers, strong dark beers, Christmas beers.

IREKS WEIZEN: Super Premium German wheat of light wheat, suitable for the production of wheat beers, kolsch-type beers, alt-type beers, high-fermentation and low alcohol content.
It increases the typical taste of high fermentation, and accentuates the wheat aroma. It gives the beer a nice crest of foam and a sweetish taste.

IREKS WEIZEN DUNKEL: Malt Super Premium German wheat suitable for the production of wheat beers such as Dunkelweizen, Weizenbock, weizendopplebock. It increases the typical taste of high fermentation, and accentuates the wheat aroma.
It gives the beer a nice crest of foam and a sweetish taste.
Use by recipe: up to 70% IREKS KARAMELLWASSERHELL:
Malt Super Premium German caramel clear, is used to obtain a better body and a better seal of foam.
Indicated in the Lager, from Pale to Golden Ale, in Pils / Pilsner, "light" beer and Bockbier.

up to 5% in blonde / pale beers;
up to 40% in Bock bier
IREKS ROSTMALTZ: German Super Premium malt for special dark beers, thanks to the delicate roasting it reaches a great intensity of color and flavor.
IREKS AROMALTZ: Malt SUPER PREMIUM German used to obtain a beer with a strong taste, fullness of flavor and a dark color. It gives a very lively aroma and flavor of malt to dark and amber beers.
IREKS MELANOIDIN: A very aromatic malt with an intense malt flavor, from fullness and fullness to color (from dark amber to chestnut red), intensifies the stability of the flavor and increases the body of the beer.
