with cereal and biscuit tones. Chocolat Malt is prepared using a low-modifying Pilsen malt with a rotary drum roasting process. As a result of this roasting we have a nice dark color and the enzymes are completely broken down. Chocolate malt is used in dark ales and stouts to enhance color and

taste.
