AB Vickers ISY Enhance® is a specific inactive yeast designed to increase body, mouthfeel and drinkability in beer. The resulting product is soft and clean with improved organoleptic perceptions. Applications include, but are not limited to: Reduced hop astringency and a balanced organoleptic profile in hopped styles. Increased body and complexity in low alcohol, non-alcoholic or light beers. Increased mouthfeel and drinkability in any style of beer.
COMPOSITION
AB Vickers ISY Enhance® is rich in polysaccharides and oligosaccharides which bind polyphenols reducing bitter and astringent notes. The presence of mannoproteins in ISY Enhance® will increase body and mouth perception. As a specific inactive yeast, ISY Enhance® is composed of 100% yeast-derived ingredients and is balanced to optimize organoleptic profile and body when added during fermentation. AB Vickers ISY Enhance® is gluten-free.
