WLP004 IRISH ALE
This is the yeast from one of the oldest stout producing breweries in the world.
The White Labs' liquid yeast WLP004 IRISH ALE produces a slight hint of diacetyl, balanced by a light fruitiness and slight dry crispness. Great for Irish ales, stouts, porters, browns, reds and a very interesting pale ale.
Attenuation: 69-74%
Fermentation: High
Fermentation Temperature: 18-20°C
Flocculation: Medium - High
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium - High (8-12%)
Use: a vial of 23 liters of beer. For beers with higher original gravity of 1050 we recommend two vials or the preparation of a starter in 1 liter of water. For initial density greater than 1070 we recommend 3 vials or the preparation of a starter in 2 liters of water.
Keep refrigerated
Best before: 9-9-24
