WLP028 EDIMBURGH SCOTTISH ALE
Scotland is famous for its malty, strong ales.
The liquid White Labs yeast WLP028 EDIMBURGH SCOTTISH ALE can reproduce complex, flavorful Scottish style ales. This yeast for beer can be an everyday strain, similar to WLP001 California Ale. Hop character is not muted with this strain, as it is with WLP002 English Ale.

Fermentation: High
Fermentation Temperature: 18-21°C
Flocculation: Medium
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium - High (8-12%)
Use: a vial of 23 liters of beer. For beers with higher original gravity of 1050 we recommend two vials or the preparation of a starter in 1 liter of water. For initial density greater than 1070 we recommend 3 vials or the preparation of a starter in 2 liters of water.
