WLP519 Stranda yeast is a kveik variety owned by Stein Langlo of Stranda, Norway.
Considered a "cleaner" kveik variety, Stranda can also produce a wide range of beer styles over a wide temperature gradient.
Ideal for use when you have little or no fermentation temperature control.
