It is a specific yeast that cannot ferment maltotriose, giving a low attenuation value leaving the attenuation around 60% depending on the temperature of the wort and the mash used. The use of this yeast is focused on session styles or for non-alcoholic or low-alcohol beers.
Technical data
We recommend using at least 50 g per hl of wort for a standard gravity beer (1.045). The pitch rate is between 50-150g/hl of wort.
