Mixacid is a complex structuring liquid acidifier, composed of a mixture of tartaric, malic and lactic acid.
Thanks to the synergies between the 3 acids that compose it, it allows a total acidity and stability of natural tartaric acid greater than the addition of only tartaric acid.
