Mead Mangrove Jack's M05 yeast, selected for the production of mead, produces a remarkable quantity of externally fruity notes, especially when fermented at lower temperatures.
It is a very resistant yeast with a high tolerance to alcohol.
Yeast that withstands high alcoholic grades 18 ABV, for fermentation of very high alcoholic beverages a fermentation temperature below 25 degrees is recommended.
The fermented mead with this yeast is dry and full-bodied, with an exceptional fruity character, fresh and complex at the same time.
OG above 1,100 use 2 sachets of 10 g for 23 liters.
