LIQUID YEAST WLP510 BASTOGNE BELGIAN ALE
A liquid yeast suitable for Belgian beers with high OG, trappist style. It produces dry beers with a slight acid taste in the final.
It produces a more "clean" fermentation than the WLP500 or the WLP530.
It has a spicy character compared to the WLP530 or the WLP550.
Perfect juice for Belgian beers of high quality such as Belgian ales, dubbels and trippels.

Fermentation temperature : 18-22 ° C

Alcohol Tolerance : High (10-15%)
Use : a vial on 23 liters of beer. For beers with initial density greater than 1050, two vials or one starter preparation in 1 liter of water are recommended. For initial density greater than 1070 3 ampoules or preparation of a starter in 2 liters of water.
