Light dry malt extract (spraymalt), color EBC 7-12
Extremely fermentable dry barley extract used to replace sugar in prepared malts and to activate secondary fermentation in bottles is recommended for all types of beer. BrewMalt is suitable for brewing beer with extracts or with the partial-mashing method; It can also be used as a substitute for grain malt (1 kg of dry extract corresponds to about 1.6 kg of grain malt).
Use in hops malt preparations:
- Replace the required sugar with 50% BrewMalt (eg 500g. BrewMalt + 500g. of sugar): to make each standard kit more complete and to improve the foam
- Add 1 kg. Of BrewMalt to 50% sugar: recommended to increase alcohol content, enhance malt taste and improve foam
- Add at recommended sugar the 50% BrewMalt to increase the alcohol content without losing body fat and improving the foam.
N.B. Using BrewMalt, the final density increases by 5 units per 500 gr. used for kit.
