Antioxin® SBT. A new generation of antioxidizing agent, especially designed for the treatment of malt and unmalted cereals. It inhibits the LOX activity responsible for aldehyde and lipid oxidation or all other oxidizable functions present in the wort. Recommended dosage: 5-10 g/hL of wort in mashing.
